Position Overview

We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team as Work from Home Agents. As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience

Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing technologies
