The Role

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including text, phone, and email. You'll work closely with our medical teams, pet parents, and veterinary caregivers to provide timely, accurate, and compassionate support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels, including text, phone, and email

  • Collaborate with medical teams, pet parents, and veterinary caregivers to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Utilize technology and design-driven tools to streamline support processes and improve customer experiences
  • Champion blithequark's core values and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine or a related field

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time
  • Home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions in your home
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection
  • Willingness to work weekend shifts
  • Ability to work in the EST time zone
  • Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
