What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, utilizing your excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Interpreting and communicating policies, procedures, and regulations to customers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Providing assistance to troubled passengers and customers, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Protecting business assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
  • Possessing the physical capacity and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, prioritizing and managing your workload effectively.
  • Being self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision, demonstrating your ability to work independently.
  • Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations, demonstrating your ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Following internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English, with bilingual language skills required in some locations.
  • A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities.
  • The ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
  • The ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • The ability to work on a regular and timely basis, meeting deadlines and commitments.
