Experienced Customer Service Representative - Full-Time Airport Operations

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our airport locations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and checking-in vehicles at return
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and navigating airport lots
• Operating handheld devices to process transactions and manage customer information
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient operations

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• A willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lots and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
