Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your role will involve:
* Interacting with customers daily, helping with sales and resolving any issues that may arise
* Processing sales, loans, and extensions in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including opening and closing duties
* Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
* Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
* Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
* Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics, a plus
