Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to our customers
- Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and to share best practices and knowledge
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our customers' sensitive information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Energetic and dedicated personality traits, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Experience in customer service or support roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, healthcare) preferred
