Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Processing returns and exchanges, completing paperwork, and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized retail location, including stocking shelves, counters, and displays with merchandise.

Essential Qualifications

- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months of customer service or sales-related experience and/or training.
