Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IAM Developer to join our team and help us integrate SailPoint into our existing infrastructure. As a key member of our IAM team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ

• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
• SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
• Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding

What You'll Contribute

* Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation

• Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

Minimal Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• OR 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven organization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices
