Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. This will involve:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
- Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
- Utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and follow up with customers
- Following policies and procedures regarding escalations
- Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
- Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
- Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry
- Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
Requirements
To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues

Training and Development
As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role. This will include:
- A 2-week training program, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST
