About the Role

As a Manager, Strategy & Operations - DashPass Customer Experience, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our DashPass business. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to build a world-class subscription product that sets the standard for the industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives and products
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure blithequark remains at the forefront of innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas

  • Proven track record of leading initiatives and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with SQL, financial modeling, and performance tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food delivery or subscription industry

  • Knowledge of customer experience design and development
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies
  • Certification in strategy, operations, or related field

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base salary range of $128,900 - $193,300 (Colorado), $136,000 - $214,800 (California), and $143,200 - $214,800 (New York)
