Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging and assisting customers across various inquiries through online chat, providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Facilitating appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details and ensuring seamless communication with customers
- Collecting customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
- Summarizing customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration, highlighting key takeaways and areas for improvement
- Developing and updating a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement
Available Shifts
We offer three full-time shifts to accommodate your schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
During your first week of employment, you will be required to work a training schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, before transitioning to your assigned shift.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer operations
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
- Positive and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Adaptability to change and a preference for a fast-paced work environment
