Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing world-class customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat communications
- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of blithequark products, processes, programs, and technology to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Learning and utilizing computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data
- Educating customers on products and services, including basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal customers and team members
- Staying informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed
- Participating in other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- The ability to identify and propose solutions to address customer problems or needs
- A high level of attention to detail in written communication and order entry
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
- Ability to meet accuracy and productivity metrics
