Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our Card Members, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional experiences, leveraging your expertise and creativity to resolve issues and exceed our Card Members' expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor

• Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
• Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, building loyalty and advocacy for the brand
• Utilize the Client First mindset to address clients' needs and expectations
• Provide concierge and lifestyle services, including travel discussion and minimal reservation assistance
• Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional experiences, leveraging your expertise and creativity to resolve issues and exceed our Card Members' expectations

Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment

• Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience is a plus, including reservation experience
• Energy for proactively resolving clients' issues and exceeding their expectations
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, charming the client with every interaction
• Ability to listen to clients' needs and provide personalized suggestions, resulting in high client satisfaction
• Demonstrated impressive skills and a positive attitude in all communications
• Ability to work collaboratively with your team in a dynamic, high-speed environment
• Capacity to make quick and effective decisions, prioritizing the client's experience in all situations
• Proficiency in using and adapting to multiple technology platforms in a face-to-face client environment
• Ability to adjust to a constantly changing environment and be flexible
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks
