Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting surveys to gather feedback and improve patient experiences
  • Assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information
  • Making welcome calls to new patients and providing them with information about our services
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
