Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conducting regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure clients maximize the value of our solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, Revenue Management, Customer Success, or a related field in the hotel industry, OTAs, HotelTech, IT companies, e-commerce, or airlines
  • Experience in OTA/Hotels (Revenue/Sales/Marketing/E-commerce departments) would be a great advantage
  • Knowledge of revenue structures of hoteliers would be a great advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Sinhala and English
  • Very proactive and able to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software, including Excel and Power BI
  • Comfortable with ticket and helpdesk systems, such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira
