Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all customers

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and a visually appealing store display
• Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation

Position Requirements:

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned

• Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
