Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service to our valued customers through live chat and email support

  • Respond promptly and effectively to incoming chat requests and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Clarify information, provide accurate and helpful responses, and offer solutions to customer concerns
  • Work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless support
  • Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and provide support
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or email support

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and website chat functions
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
