About the Role
As a Customer Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering our customers' online grocery orders with care, quality, and attention to detail. Your daily tasks will involve selecting products from different temperature zones, ensuring proper labeling and documentation, and packing orders in a space-efficient and safe manner. You'll also support customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Select and assemble online grocery orders with precision and accuracy
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of products
- Pack orders in a space-efficient and safe manner
- Support customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering great service
- Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an OMNI online grocery delivery operation
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes
- Certification in food safety and handling an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) an asset
