Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor with Greek language proficiency, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and providing service-related assistance via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customers' problems and needs, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Setting priorities and managing daily responsibilities to meet performance targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance language skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Greek language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Communicative level of English in both oral and written form
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-oriented approach and patience
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Living in the Czech Republic
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics or other CRM systems
  • Familiarity with foreign languages, particularly English
