Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor with Greek language proficiency, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing service-related assistance via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying customers' problems and needs, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Setting priorities and managing daily responsibilities to meet performance targets
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

- Participating in training and development programs to enhance language skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native Greek language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Communicative level of English in both oral and written form
