As a Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:- Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the blithequark network.
- Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
- Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of work experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have any of the following qualifications, you'll be at an advantage:- Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $43,000-$56,000, which includes both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives.
