Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Entry Specialist to support our Specialty Distribution client and manage their Customer Master data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer data in the SAP system, maintaining and managing customer master data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely updates. Responsibilities

As an SAP Data Entry Specialist – Customer Master Data Management, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and updating customer data in the SAP system to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Maintaining and managing customer master data, including verifying and validating data entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely updates.
• Generating and analyzing reports to identify and correct data issues.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and guidelines.
• Providing support for data migration and integration projects.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and data management standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the SAP environment.
• Familiarity with Customer Master data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
