Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator (Remote) – Web Research & Database Management Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching relevant data on various websites and extracting the necessary information
• Entering and updating data daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Utilizing various databases to store and manage data, maintaining confidentiality and security
• Generating bi-weekly reports to provide valuable insights to our team
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and responding to internal requests for access to protected files
• Collaborating with our data team to ensure seamless data entry and management processes

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in data entry or a related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online research tools
• Excellent computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
