Our innovative solution, FL3XX, streamlines operations from quoting trips to scheduling flights, managing crew qualifications, and submitting customs and migrations. As a leading player in the industry, we serve a diverse range of operators, including Part 135 charter operators, Part 91 management operators, and corporate flight departments. With a strong presence in the United States and expanding globally, we're seeking a talented individual to join our APAC team.

Job Overview

As a Customer Support Representative - APAC Region, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing top-notch service, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of blithequark's Support team.

Responsibilities

Month 0-3: Onboarding and Learning

* Learn about FL3XX as a software, its features, and how to troubleshoot user issues

  • Familiarize yourself with blithequark's culture, processes, and team dynamics
  • Process support tickets and gain hands-on experience in serving customers
  • Participate in support rotations, including weekend, holiday, and late-night/early-morning shifts
  • Learn how to document and reproduce user issues, funneling them into our development process

Month 4-8: Growing as a Support Agent

* Continue to grow as a Support agent, including occasional live video calls to document urgent issues

  • Begin taking sole ownership of accounts, building relationships with customers, and ensuring their problems are resolved
  • Increase adoption of FL3XX's offerings and provide exceptional customer experiences

Month 9 Onward: Autonomy and Project Ownership

* Continue to assist the Support desk with increased autonomy

  • Work towards a project of personal interest, such as implementing AI-powered workflows and chatbots or creating compiled recommendation reports for the Product team

Requirements

* Experience in business aviation (sales, flight coordination, passenger services, crew) or a passion for aviation and the confidence to learn (BIG PLUS)

  • A track record of comfortability around new technologies and the ability to learn new software quickly (start-up experience is a plus)
  • Experience in Software support desk or SaaS support
  • Ability to approach customer issues in a structured and calculated manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-confident, unafraid of making mistakes, and approaches new challenges with strength and flexibility
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize
  • Based in Australia
