Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with passengers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to travel bookings, flight information, baggage, and more.
  • Effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
