Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, responsible for providing data-driven insights to drive business growth, inform strategic decisions, and optimize operations. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough analyses, develop data-driven insights, create high-impact recommendations, and deliver precise results to stakeholders and leadership

• Present findings with a clear perspective and compelling narrative to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
• Design, develop, and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes
• Train departmental colleagues on analytical best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data engineering

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or other quantitative and analytical fields

• 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, operations, startup/tech, or marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience
• Strong technical aptitude, with experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and drive business outcomes
• Proficiency in SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Python/Git is a plus, but not required
