Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, resolving complex issues and delivering personalized solutions - Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and meet sales goals - Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and regulatory agencies, to ensure seamless customer experiences - Staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informed support - Meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge - Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and security standards
What You'll Need
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment - Advanced typing and keyboarding skills - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly - Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience - Advanced typing/keyboarding skills - Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools - Knowledge of telecommunications and technology products and services - Bilingual or multilingual skills
