Responsibilities

As a Part-time Live Chat Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about our automotive dealer clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our automotive dealer clients
• Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Qualifications

To succeed as a Part-time Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
• Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
• Be available to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday, after completing six weeks of paid, part-time remote training via Zoom
• Be able to start on September 30, 2024, and attend training sessions between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday
