We're a leader in the Repossession industry, and we're seeking a detail-oriented, driven Customer Service Processor to join our team. Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative - Data Information Processor, you will be responsible for administrating the acceptance of assignments from client/lenders, processing the assignments, processing the completion of services, and release of lender asset, upon execution of service. You will also be responsible for processing client/agent requests, managing a high call volume, and working within multiple systems to execute specific lender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer the acceptance of assignments from client/lenders

  • Process the assignments, processing the completion of services, and release of lender asset, upon execution of service
  • Process client/agent requests
  • Manage a high call volume
  • Work within multiple systems to execute specific lender requirements
  • Utilize client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements
  • Work in upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Follow through and ownership of work to completion required

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Ability to work remotely without outside distractions
  • 40 wpm minimum typing speed
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite product experience
  • Ability to handle multitasking on a computer with multiple screens

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous collection, repossession or automotive industry experience

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Ability to work in a high multi-tasking environment

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow through and ownership of work to completion required
  • Ability to work in a high multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to handle multitasking on a computer with multiple screens
