Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and friendly customer service to resolve issues and answer questions on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and comments in a professional and positive tone, adhering to blithequark's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Staying up-to-date with blithequark products, services, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to help improve our products and services.
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail and grammar in all written communications.
  • Managing multiple social media platforms and tools, including social media management software.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a social media environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
