Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in addressing the concerns and needs of our clients' customers, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a fast-paced insurance-based program that requires a commitment to member healthcare needs, particularly for an elderly and disabled community. Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-based environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance industry trends and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
