Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding flight information, reservations, and general inquiries
  • Assisting customers with booking, changes to reservations, and cancellations
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing accurate information regarding blithequark services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team goals for customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat platforms

  • Assist customers with booking, changes to reservations, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for our passengers
  • Provide accurate information regarding blithequark services, policies, and procedures, including flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals for customer satisfaction, including resolving complex issues and escalating concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, and policies

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in computer systems and technology, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
