Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers in the Electricity industry. Your primary duties will include:
* Fielding incoming customer service calls, assuming responsibility to resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
* Researching account status and identifying account issues
* Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes
* Processing disconnection and re-connection requests
* Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues
* Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-connection requests
* Serving as a customer advocate while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role

Experience and Education
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following experience and education:
* Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in an Inbound Call Center Environment: You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, with customer care experience strongly preferred.
* Experience within the Retail Electricity Industry: Experience within the retail electricity industry is strongly preferred, but not required.
* Experience in Similar Markets: Experience in similar markets such as utilities, telecom, or cable is preferred.
