Job Summary

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting customer service goals. This role requires under 4 hours of work in the evening and offers benefits like health and dental coverage, paid training, and paid vacations.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken
  • Working closely with other team members to meet customer service goals and objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based customer service environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and cultures
  • Strong language skills, including English and/or Spanish
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to meet customer service goals
