Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing timely updates on their orders
  • Gathering information on customer complaints and escalating them to management for speedy resolutions
  • Scheduling interviews for the Plant Manager and conducting onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for new hires
  • Performing various office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with the Plant Manager to ensure seamless office operations and providing administrative support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in MS Office systems, including Outlook, and a strong understanding of office software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
