Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, analyze client behavior, and identify new content opportunities. You will work closely with our content team to develop and implement data-driven strategies, test marketing methodologies, and measure content performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to anticipate content engagement and inform securing decisions
• Advance our content launch and episode release methodology
• Test marketing methodologies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience in media and entertainment, with a passion for storytelling and content creation
• Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., data warehousing, ETL processes)
