We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our operations team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Gathering all required information for billing and ensuring accuracy
  • Assisting with 3rd party connections as needed
  • Securing and connecting interpreters to clients' conferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience with a previous employer and stable work history
  • 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with a high volume of inbound customer service calls
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
  • Ability to provide proof of internet connection speed

Desired Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • A college education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations

Remote Work Details:

As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We're open to eligible candidates in the United States, Tunisia, Tennessee (USA), and Texas (USA). You'll receive paid training for 8 hours a day for two weeks and must remain in your shift for the 90-day probationary period.

Available Shifts:

We offer a range of shifts in Central Standard Time, including:

  • 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST M-F
  • 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST Fri-Tues

Additional Information:

All applicants will undergo a thorough background check prior to hire. If hired, you'll need to complete the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement I-9 document via remote process. Full-time employees qualify for paid benefits after 30 days of employment.
