Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty.
  • Anticipating customer needs and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when inconveniences occur.
  • Ensuring safety by holding oneself and others to the highest standards.
  • Navigating challenges with composure and adaptability while managing customer frustrations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with ticketing, baggage handling, and other airport-related tasks to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about blithequark's products and services to provide informed answers to customer queries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, and to lift and handle baggage.
  • Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
