Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Heavy credit memo experience and knowledge of credit memo creation, application, and verification on purchase orders

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Processing orders and resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role

  • Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Heavy credit memo experience and knowledge of credit memo creation, application, and verification on purchase orders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the gaming industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of credit memo software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
