Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel and providing honest feedback on products and services
- Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Working independently and using your own initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and respectful
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- No previous experience is required, but you must be able to work independently and use your own initiative
