Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in LaVergne, TN. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Typing speed of 40WPM or higher
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the pharma products industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
