Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in LaVergne, TN. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing, both internally and externally
  • Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Multi-task and problem-solve under pressure, meeting attendance and punctuality requirements
  • Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, and other equipment as needed
  • Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
  • Manage confidential information effectively, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred

  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Typing speed of 40WPM or higher
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pharma products industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
