Responsibilities
As an Experienced SAP Data Entry Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks in SAP, focusing on materials management and bill of materials. Your primary objectives will be to ensure the accuracy of data to facilitate correct invoicing and reconciliation, collaborate with team members aligned to other customers and parts of the business, and support the influx of new clients by maintaining high data quality standards. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry tasks in SAP, focusing on materials management and bill of materials
- Ensuring accuracy of data to facilitate correct invoicing and reconciliation
- Collaborating with team members aligned to other customers and parts of the business
- Supporting the influx of new clients by maintaining high data quality standards
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities
- Identifying and resolving data entry errors and discrepancies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Familiarity with SAP, specifically in materials management (MM) and bill of materials (BOM)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Nice-to-haves
