Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) on our Event Sales Team, you will be responsible for representing client brands at local events and retail activations. Your primary objective will be to engage with the public, explain product features, and offer live demonstrations to promote our brands. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly goals, participate in training and personal development sessions, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Represent client brands at local events and retail activations

  • Set up and manage branded booths or promotional displays
  • Engage with the public in a friendly, approachable way, starting conversations and explaining product features
  • Offer live demonstrations and assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, or service questions
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
