Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to join our Store Mechanization and Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a framework of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, design and implement data pipelines and dashboards, and report progress towards our goals. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, including data sources, data quality, and data governance.
- Analyze business issues and challenges, identify root causes, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for initiatives and projects, and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
- Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to support business decision making, using tools such as SQL, Python, and Hive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and data analysts, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data visualization and communication.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and large data tools, such as Hive.
- Experience with dashboarding tools, such as Looker, and workflow management tools, such as Wind current.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading a team of analysts, with a track record of driving business growth and improvement.
