About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Engineering Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our Customer Engineering (CE) team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll collaborate with our sales and CE management teams to determine staffing levels, establish job requisitions, and lead interview teams to fill open positions. Your expertise in cloud computing, AI, and technical sales will enable you to prepare, train, and equip our CE team to effectively execute on our annualized business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with sales and CE management to determine staffing levels, establish job requisitions, and lead interview teams to fill open positions.

  • Prepare, train, and equip the CE team to ensure they're well-educated and equipped to effectively execute on our annualized business goals.
  • Work with Google Cloud sales team management to discover, qualify, and prioritize opportunities for business growth.
  • Participate in periodic opportunity assessment conferences, providing insights to ensure technical success.
  • Collaborate with the sales Account team, customer support, product management, customer solutions, and engineering to resolve product issues affecting pre and post-sales customer satisfaction.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience working with a technical team in a cloud computing environment, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Experience building or leveraging machine learning solutions and developing applications using AI frameworks and methods.

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with conversational AI and touch center technologies and systems.
  • Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-sales, customer-facing discipline engineering manager.
  • Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given target audience, combining deep technical knowledge with everyday language to provide a memorable and useful story.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with opportunities for bonuses and equity. Our base salary range for this role is $154,000-$236,000, with additional compensation and benefits to be discussed during the hiring process.
