Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support
- Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Key Responsibilities
* Provides exceptional patient care and support, including answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns
- Ensures accurate and efficient data entry, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including communicating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state(s) where you will be working
- Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including experience with prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
