The Role

As a Customer Service Representative in our Work From Home program, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide clear and concise solutions that help our customers better understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans

  • Provide clear and concise solutions to customer questions and concerns
  • Offer personalized support to customers to help them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace
  • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
