Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As the eyes and ears of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, fielding inquiries and finding innovative solutions to their concerns. Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues
• Assisting Policy Holders: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes requested
• Supporting Policy Holder Needs: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex issues
• Age: Be at least 18 years old
• Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 wpm
• Education: High School Graduate or GED
• Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
• Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Internet Connection: Meet our minimum internet speed requirements (12.0 Mbps download and 3.0 Mbps upload) and have a clean and quiet workspace
