Job Summary

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate our website and resolve any issues they may encounter. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, while also maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, including data entry and order fulfillment
  • Utilize various computer applications, including our ecommerce platform (www.arenaflex.com), to complete tasks and resolve customer issues
  • Respond to customer messages and emails in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ecommerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
