Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals seeking financial planning advice. Your daily activities may include:
- Helping clients understand their financial planning options and making informed decisions about their retirement, investments, life insurance, and other financial products
- Assisting with retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and other financial planning needs
- Providing education and support to clients on long-term care, life insurance, and other financial planning topics
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer service
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the most accurate and informed guidance to clients
Desirable Experience
While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we're looking for candidates with:
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
- Experience in sales, marketing, accounting, or managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial roles is a plus

Employment Type and Compensation
As a 1099 employee, you'll have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, with the option to work remotely via Zoom or from a nearby branch location. Compensation is commission-based, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on your performance.
