  • Provide timely and efficient customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability

  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access these functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
